I have a physical pass. How do I use this to book online?

From 24th July 2019 onwards, you will need to book online to attend any of our classes. If you still have a physical pass, we can transfer this to your online account so you can continue to use your pass until it runs out. To transfer your physical pass to your online account, please answer the questions in this form. You will need to provide us with the following information:

  • Your name
  • The email address you used to register on our website (If you have not yet registered, you can do so here.)
  • The type of pass you have (This will be either a 5 Class Pass or a 10 Class Pass.)
  • The number of classes you have already attended with this pass
Once you have registered and provided us with the above information, we will be able to add your pass to your account.

I booked a class but I can no longer attend. How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel a booking, click on the Cancel Booking button on the booking on your profile page.
