Our weekly cardio class is a full hour of constant movement, with short breaks in between to catch your breath. We just let the music play non-stop and you follow along to our moves. It doesn't matter if you don't get the moves perfectly right, the idea is to keep moving. It's a lot of fun, and a great way to get into shape.
Our classes are open to all, so don't worry if you don't have any previous dance experience.
You can drop in for £10 per class, or you can book 5 classes together for £40, or 10 classes for £70 (that's just £7 per class).
Be sure to bring a bottle of water and some comfortable clothing. Some of our venues do not have changing rooms so you may wish to change before you arrive.
